Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee & Refund Adjustments
A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds for eligible returns. If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, we will estimate and apply a fair deduction from your refund in addition to the restocking fee.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us for authorization. If your request is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original purchase following the standard return process. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee or deduction, within 10 business days. Refunds for bank transfer payments will be processed manually to the account the payment originated from. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
