SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges may be based on product weight, a fixed shipping rate, or a combination of both. The total shipping charge is shown at checkout before the order is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard items within Canada: 3–7 business days after shipping.
• eFoil boards and large equipment: 5–10 business days after shipping.

Geographic Coverage
We ship within Canada only.

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible.

Special Handling
Large or high-value equipment may require special handling and a signature upon delivery.
