SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Costs Due to the size and specialized nature of our eFoil equipment, shipping costs are quoted individually based on your destination. After you place your order, we will contact you with a shipping quote for your approval before processing shipment.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard items within Canada: 3-7 business days after shipping
  • eFoil boards and large equipment: 5-10 business days after shipping due to size and carrier requirements
  • Geographic Coverage We ship within Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

    Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us at info@efoilglide.com or 416-477-9892 within 48 hours of expected delivery.

    Special Handling eFoil boards and large equipment require special handling and signature upon delivery due to their size and value.
